Managers controlling the work of project teams are aware of the limits within project classical structure, among which the most important are:

1. It is possible to plan and manage the project only on a defined generality level.
It does not include the fact that each planned task requires execution, control, possible correction and sending the results to appropriate people. Thus it is a process consisting of numerous tasks and developing itself as the decisions are made.
Still, the classical structure of relations (superior - subordinate) does not give
a possibility of linking tasks with processes which take place in favour of the task.
As a consequence, the processes are realised „away" from the project tasks.

2. The classical structure of the projects is oriented on the goal achievement, does not provide the knowledge of its broader context within the course of action. As the result, the most valuable knowledge about the way of company functioning and its effects disappears in the information noise.

3. There is no connection between the conceptual planning stage included
in the documentation and the realization stage included in project tasks.
This is why, planning requires a twofold execution (in the documentation
and on the diagram) while the information about their detailed course is stored
in different places and is hard to reach.

In order to eliminate those restrictions, we have extended the methodology
of teamwork management with:
